- A £100 refundable house rules fee may be requested before check-in.
- The fee will be refunded after a successful post-checkout inspection, subject to the following:

• No noise or loud music during quiet hours (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
• No parties or events.
Regarding the sofa bed, I will assume if the reservation is booked for only two guests that the sofa bed will not be required. If you do require the sofa bed please do let me know (An extra bedding charge may apply).
