This apartment is located right next to Sheffield United Football Stadium and offers easy access to some of Sheffield’s most vibrant and character-filled areas. House rules

- Valid ID from the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- A £100 refundable house rules fee may be requested before check-in.
- The fee will be refunded after a successful post-checkout inspection, subject to the following:
• No smoking inside the property.
• No unauthorised extra guests.
• No noise or loud music during quiet hours (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
• No parties or events.

We provide a 24-hour self-check-in service. A code will be provided for the key lock and thereafter we can be reached via message or phone call at all times. There's also a concierge within the building that could easily resolve any issues.

Other things to note

Parking:
Parking is available with free street options on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that parking on yellow lines is not permitted and is monitored by the local council. After 6:30 PM, you're welcome to use the free parking spaces directly outside the building. If you’d prefer something more secure or guaranteed, optional underground parking is also available for just £5 per night.

Property Information:
We kindly ask that you don’t smoke inside the apartment, but you’re welcome to use the designated outdoor smoking area. Please note that the balcony is not in use for safety and security reasons. The latest check-in time is 12:00 AM. Optional services include early check-in or late check-out at £10/hour, a mid-stay clean for £20, and a post-check-out deep clean for £25. Lost key replacement is £50, fob replacement is £80, and any call-outs incur a £50 fee. We maintain a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere and truly appreciate your help in keeping it that way.
