House rules

I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. This is refunded after post checkout inspection and subject to compliance to house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorized extra guests, no noise/laud music during quiet times 8pm - 8am, no parties.

- Free parking outside the building after 6:30 PM

- Balcony Access: The balcony is not in use for safety and security reasons.
- Latest Check-In Time: 12:00 AM (midnight).
