House rules

Before you arrive, we’ll just need a quick photo ID from the main guest—nothing formal, just to keep things secure for everyone. In some cases, we may also ask for a £100 refundable house rules fee. Don’t worry, it’s fully returned after your stay as long as the space is respected. That means no smoking inside, no surprise guests, and keeping things quiet between 8 PM and 8 AM.
