I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. This is refunded after post checkout inspection and subject to compliance to house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorized extra guests, no noise/laud music during quiet times 8pm - 8am, no parties.

Other things to note

Parking:
Parking is available with free street options on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that parking on yellow lines is not permitted and is monitored by the local council. After 6:30 PM, you're welcome to use the free parking spaces directly outside the building. Optional underground parking is also available for just £5 per night if you'd prefer something more secure or guaranteed.

Property Information:
We kindly ask that you don’t smoke inside the apartment, but you’re welcome to use the designated outdoor smoking area. Please note that the balcony is not in use for safety and security reasons. The latest check-in time is 12:00 AM. Optional services include early check-in or late check-out at £10/hour, a mid-stay clean for £20, and a post-check-out deep clean for £25. Lost key replacement is £50, fob replacement is £80, and any call-outs incur a £50 fee. We maintain a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere and truly appreciate your help in keeping it that way.
