The space

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for preparing meals, hosting a guest, or working from home. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and plenty of storage — all surrounded by tasteful finishes and warm lighting.

Both bedrooms are styled with comfort in mind — featuring plush bedding, statement headboards, and thoughtful decorative touches. The master includes a beautiful feature wall and natural lighting, while the second room offers flexibility for guests or remote working.

The modern bathroom is spacious and luxurious, with a walk-in shower and plenty of room to refresh and unwind. You’ll also have access to secure gated parking, lift access, self-check-in, and all the essentials, including fast Wi-Fi, towels, an iron, and a hairdryer.

It’s a peaceful, low-traffic neighbourhood, making it ideal for guests who value quiet nights while still wanting to be close to the action. There’s a practical, no-fuss feel to the area, with supermarkets, local shops, and takeaway spots nearby, plus free street parking right outside.

You’re just a short walk or quick drive from Kelham Island, Sheffield’s buzzing hotspot known for its indie coffee shops, riverside pubs, hidden cocktail bars, microbreweries, and top-rated eateries. The vibe is friendly, unpretentious, and full of local character — perfect for guests who want to explore the city’s hidden gems without the crowds.

House rules

I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. This is refunded after post checkout inspection and subject to compliance to house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorized extra guests, no noise/laud music during quiet times 8pm - 8am, no parties.

Guest access

The entire apartment is available for guests including the sit-out area leading to the apartment entrance. However, we only provide beds and beddings for the number of guests booked.

Interaction with guests

We provide 24-hour self-check-in facilities to avoid unnecessary contact, and after then can be contacted by message or text.

Other things to note

Check-in time is usually after 3 pm, and check-out time is usually before 11 am. We offer a range of extras to make your stay even easier. Early check-in/Late check-out (£10/hr), pet cleaning fee (£20), travel cot hire (£20), mid-stay cleaning (£35), and extra linen/towels (£10). Need groceries pre-stocked or luggage storage? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
